I have tried the sample before so decided to splurge and buy this product. I have some sun damage (not from sunbathing, but just gardening etc without proper protection earlier in life) Although I found that using it daily at first caused a slight amount of redness, once I went to every other day for a while ,that stopped AND the darkest spots on my cheeks and forehead have faded noticeably. That's after only about 3 weeks. There is no significant smell, but all DHC smells clean and natural. It is expensive, so it was a gift for myself, but I am much more careful about sunscreen now. In addition, a very small amount covers well. Highly recommended

I have somewhat oily skin even at age 52, and cannot wear heavy moisturizers, but I need something! This is a lovely, lightweight product. I use it in the morning and at night; in the morning I use it to "water down" a tinted moisturizer that is a little too heavy and dry by itself. Alpha Arbutin White Milk never causes blemishes or skin irritation. I had some problems with the camu camu daymilk. It felt lovely but I developed dermatitis from it.

Especially good for the youth who don't really need heavy treatment for wrinkles and others, but need something mildly to protect the skin :)

I use this product in the morning after toner and before sunscreen. It is a great moisturizer in general. However, I especially recommend it because I have found that it really does lighten and fade the clusters of small brown spots that have appeared on my cheeks (from sun-related aging). Also, it really does improve the texture and "glow" of my skin.

I absolutely loved the sample that I received of this product that I immediately ordered a bottle! The number of compliments that I received upon using this astounded me. I was told that my skin looked as if it were glowing and that it looked visibly healthier. I'm hooked!!!
