I have developed some large age-related pores on my face, and this product makes them virtually disappear. It not only completely hides the pores, but the matte and smooth texture keeps any type of make up from sliding off during the hot and humid summer months. I haven't found any product that compares to this in any way. I just can't be without it! I love all DHC products but the Pore Clarifying Cover Base is my favorite. To anyone who has large pores or an oily T-zone, I would highly recommend giving this product a try. It doesn't disappoint and is worth every penny.

I've been using this product for over a year now since it first came out. I still use the skin velvet for non oily areas. Both work well for smoothing and preparing face for makeup or a natural look without makeup. The Clarifying formula seems to prevent redness also as my rosacea is better. This is great stuff on its own without makeup in summer or just a little mineral makeup over the top. Seems to shear off the facial moisture so your face stays neat looking in the heat. Stock up on this one for the summer you gals with oily skin and sweaty faces!

This product is leaps and bounds better than competitors that I have tried. the others tend to make the airbrush makeup not look as smooth and flawless as the DHC brand. It pairs very well with minimal application.

I am so pleased with the performance of this product. It makes my large pores nearly disappear, is not greasy and seems to last all day. I use Clarifying Pore Cover to mask large pores. It's also great as a fine line filler and keeps the shine away in the oily t-zone.

Feels similar to Velvet Skin, however it keeps the mid to late day shine at bay. I have combo skin with the typical t-zone shine and this product is excellent for avoiding it. Goes on smooth, feels like velvet.

This is by far the best product I've found to combat my extremely oily t-zone. It lasts all day, which is amazing. I just wish it came in a larger tube, it's rather expensive for such a tiny tube! But it works, so I'll continue to buy it.
