I CAN'T use this product which I bought. It's too light and not pink or berry colored at all. Why don't you sell the WHOLE package...which includes the product AND the case? That would be the appropriate thing to do to encourage customers to use it.

The size of the lip liner is small. The catalog and the website need to provide exact information as to the size of this product. There is not much product in the lip liner to compensate for the price of it.

Easily works with any lipsticks of the pink color. For a liner in pink it has a rich finish.

I liked this lip liner as well as the case that comes with it. I purchased it to use for a job interview and found it very subtle and soft. Not too much color, but just the right amount.

It's bad enough to be forced to buy a plastic holder for an inexpensive product, but the design of the holder is very poor. Everytime I pull the lid off, the whole unit comes out, meaning I have to place it back into its holder before I use it....then repeat the whole process every single time I cap it or uncap it. This ought to be improved. Better yet, offer this produce already in a holder or applicator -- charge a buck more and give your customers a product they can enjoy using. The actual lip iner itself is a very good product, but not the delivery system!

I LOVE not having to sharpen my lip liner. I hated this process for a few reasons. First, I have to clean up the mess after sharpening. Second, some products actually did not sharpen well and I love a lot of lip liner because the actual liner incased in the wood snapped or broke off and I had to start all over again, wasting precious product which I paid good money for. No waster - not only good on the wallet - but also good on the environment. You get to keep the holder and just replace one end with a new lip liner. I have found if you want a nice "pencil tip" to your liner, you can do this in the way you turn the liner up and use the edge and soon you will have a tip as though you used a sharpener for the same result.

I don't like that you have to buy the holder seperatly....without the holder it is difficult to use...I love most of your products but not this one.
