Comments about DHC Head Oil:
I bought this product because I live in a freezing area of the country. I have tried EVERYTHING this winter to stop my scalp from flaking and peeling and itching. I also color my hair so its extra dry. I have tried every moisturizing mask for scalps out there. I finally tried this head oil when it was on sale, expecting it to not work like every other scalp product I have tried. I was wrong!!!!! It got rid of my scalp flakes in one use!!!!! I left it on for ten minutes. Its an absolute must for me in this harsh winter!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The best problem-skin care product ever!
from Tampa Bay Area, FL
I have battled with atopic eczema most of my life - mine is activated mostly by stress. I've tried every topical product out there over the years - even the prescription stuff. Head Oil is the ONLY product I've ever found that instantly relieves the itching. It then also lessens the red appearance and after consistent use (applied several times a day) and removal of the stress factor, truly makes the eczema go away. WOW. Recommended to a friend for his dry scalp and he LOVES it too!
worked the first time

My daughter has been suffering from oily hair and scalp, making her hair look dirty by the end of the day. We tried all sorts of special shampoos and rinses with only moderate success. The last thing we thought would work was putting MORE oil on her scalp. But, the first time she used the product, her hair was clean and shiny with a volume and bounce it had not had in a long time.

love it my head doesn't hurt or itch as long as i use it
I wasn't sure if this product would work. But it really does. Cleaned my scale without damaging my color treated hair.

I don't like it.
from St Pete FL
I bought 2 before I had tried it because my hair was dull and I wanted some shine. Since I am now stuck with the product, I am using it to clean make-up off my face. The emulsion works much better.

Looks like oil is good for oily hair
from Seattle, WA
I never would have imagined that adding oil to my oily hair would actually reduce the oiliness. This product picks up the stuff that my oily scalp tends to attract between washings, helping shampoo to remove it more effectively. Since using this product, my scalp oil production has actually fallen off.
A CURE FOR FLAKY SCALP!!

I have short normal hair which I color. My scalp is irritated and I have developed seborrhea. Follow directions, and after hair is dry the flakes actually lift off scalp. Works fast. Small bottle, but lots of product is unnecessary. Only use once or twice a week, product should last 6 m- to a year. Non- drying. I use on my elbows and knees too!!

I use this every one or two weeks. I have wavy/curly hair that can be dry. This is a good product for deep-cleaning between regular cleansing (using the conditioner-cleansing method) without completely stripping my scalp of natural oils. I did have to get used to the application process. It takes some patience because little comes out of the bottle at a time, but eventually enough is dispensed to clean just at the roots of my hair, which is where I'd want to focus anyway. Also, dispensing a little at a time saves me from wasting any, which I appreciate in this relatively expensive (for me) product.

My scalp feels like it's at the spa.

Part your hair one area at a time. Drop the head oil on bare scalp parts and massage. Smile.
