Why Discontinue Tried & True Products???

I will start by saying that I have been a LOYAL DHC customer for many, many years (using nothing but DHC for my skincare needs...even purchasing them for my 3 children and mother...and encouraging countless others to give your brand a try). I have VERY SENSITIVE skin, that is prone to breakouts and reacts to environmental changes, as well as, HARSH CHEMICALS.

I am so saddened by the decision of DHC to discontinue so many of their products that were basic staples from their line for years...free of added chemicals, and fragrances.

So far they have decided to exclude these staples of mine:

Q10 Facial Film Soap
Purifying Charcoal Shower Gel
Imperial Green Tea Shower Gel
Hydrating Ceramide Body Cream

Why discontinue these products that receive favorable reviews time and again...only to push newer lines that are LOADED with fragrance and irritants and are nothing better than one can find at their local department store?

I could count on you DHC to provide something good for my skin, different from the usual department store junk sold in the US...sadly, not anymore...

Almost every sample I now receive from you, causes immediate reaction to my skin, due to the overload of ingredients/fragrance now added to your products.

I will continue to purchase the few items that you still carry that are of quality/simplistic ingredients (such as Deep Cleansing Oil, Mild Soap, Mild Lotion, Mineral Mask)...but I have begun my search for a new holistic/natural skincare line...

I loved that your line didn't come out with new products constantly and would continue to sell your basic tried and true line...sadly, your company has changed that philosophy.

This is the one product that I can count on to neutralize odors. When you wrestling others with sweaty bodies, their perspiration sticks on you. I discovered that this product gets rid of those smells much more effectively than anything else I have used. The charcoal works quite nicely & smells fresh.

Add my request to others here to keep this product or at least have a replacement of same consistency with charcoal. Guess I better stock up.

I can't believe this is being discontinued! I bought it on sale, but now that I've used it, I'd totally pay the full price for it. The smell is so comfortable, and my back and neck cleared up so fast after using this.
Now I'm tempted to buy a few more in case it never comes back.

Well I don't think things can get any worse! First I find out the CoQ Film Soap is being discontinued and now the Charcoal Shower Gel. These are my 2 favorite products from DHC. I do not know of other companies carrying a similar product, these are very unique. I ONLY use this shower gel, even when I travel. All my guests who use this comment on how much they love it and it smells so good. A little goes a long ways. Even men love this gel because it's not fruity or flowery smelling like most shower gels. DHC may end up losing this loyal customer if they discontinue these products. I'm so very disappointed.

This is one of my favorite products. Great on clearing up acne! Great when my legs got bit up in my garden, stopped the itching! I cannot believe you're stopping sales on it. This has been the third product that you've stopped that I used alot of.......needless to say, I am truely dissappointed. First it was the acerola body gel, then it was the COQ10 body gel. Please work on bringing them back....please!!!!!!!

When I have problem body odor, this is the most effective cleanser I have ever used. It has been so helpful, and I like it generally for its purifying action. Please reconsider discontinuing it.

This gel cleans effectively, yet gently. I purchased this on a whim and could not be more pleased. I like using it in the bath and letting it soak into my skin while enjoying both the smell and the texture. It leaves a light pleasant smell on your skin without being overwhelming and it does not strip like soaps. I will purchase this regularly.

Loving this cleansing product. My skin can always tell when I run out of this wash because it keeps me from having breakouts on chest and back. This is definitely a staple product.
