After cleansing I rub about a half teaspoon in my hands and apply it to my neck and chest area twce a day. I follow with sunscreen in the morning and a few drops of DHC olive oil at night time. I noticed results of firmer, hydrated skin immediately. It absorbs quiclkly without the heavy feeling or greasy residue of creams and lotions.
I have use many expensive serums and lotiions that don't achieve the same results.
