This makes a quick seasoning for fish and is good, but the main flavor is dill, and I was hoping for more lemon flavor as well. I couldn't taste much lemon, so had to add some lemon juice and lemon pepper.

My husband and I had fish for dinner tonight and used the lemony dill seasoning as a tartar sauce-like dip. Following the instructions on the package, I mixed the seasoning with mayonaise and sour cream. It makes quite a bit-- probably could have halved the recipe and still had plenty. I plan to use the leftovers as a dip with crackers. The dill seasoning is very tasty, but not too strong. Delish!

I made this with basa and while it was cooking fixed a package of Spanish rice. I added tomatos and scallions while the rice was cooking... This was even better the second night as I combines the rice and fish and the leftover marinated making it taste almost like a dish you would get at a Mediterranean restaurant. LOVED IT AND YOU WILL TOO, even if you aren't crazy about fish!
