Great to use after a shower. Helps to get tangles out and to keep hair soft and shiny. Smells nice, not too overpowering. Better to use on wet hair than dry.

I finally tried a sample. As my usual routine, I washed my hair in the evening and applied the oil to my wet hair. I was nervous I would have oily hair the next day, but what a surprise!! My hair was softer than coming out of a salon. So impressed. My sister in law gave me Wen to try at Christmas, it doesnt compare. Really, nothing I've tried so far has. My turn to give her a sample of this!! DHC continues to impress me over and over.

I've been 'afraid' to try this product for a long time. It's that word, 'oil'. I have fine, color-treated (platinum), short hair. It doesn't take much to weigh it down. I've been using the emulsion formula for a month and love it. Just used the oil-based formula: three pumps, in my case. Wow! Soft, shiny, silky hair. No grease. I am super impressed. If anything, it differs a little from the emulsion formula in that my hair feels a little more 'workable' and ready to style. I don't have that 'just-washed-it-and-it's-too-silky-to-hold-a- style challenge. Please, DHC, don't yank this product, now that I'm hooked! Nice work!
