This makes a delicious quick meal, especially if you add some shredded cheese and pop it in the microwave (in a microwave-safe dish!) for 30 seconds or so. The tuna and cheese add protein for a nutritous snack. I just can't seem to keep enough on hand!

need to bring own plate or bowl if want to microwave. Microwave instructions not clear. Eating utensil too small. I felt like I was eating a can of cat food.

I've been buying Gourmet on the Go products for several years. The Tuna & Pasta is very good. Great for lunch. Add a big salad and you have a light dinner!

I love eating these for lunch. Sometimes I'll have two at different times of the day at work. Not super filling, but just enough. I've had one just about every day now and I'm not tired of them yet. My husband and I also took them to the faire, and they were by far the healthiest thing we ate there. I mean where else can you get tuna, veggies and pasta in a tasty oil sauce.
