THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOU SKIN
Daily application of a sunscreen—rain or shine. This simple
step can help prevent discoloration, keep wrinkles at bay, and decrease the risk of skin cancer. When it comes
to sun protection, I like my sunscreen to contain zinc oxide.
HOBBIES
I love to read and cook. I read everything
from medical journals to fiction to nonfiction.
For cooking, I like to try new recipes—
I’ve even tried a couple from DHC.
HOW I STAY HEALTHY
I’ve always enjoyed exercise. I mix it up
with cycling, walking, gym classes, and yoga.
I enjoy veggies, fruit, and fish. But there’s one thing I would never give up—chocolate.

I VALUE IN MY FRIENDS
They are honest and authentic, and they
have a sense of humor and fun. I enjoy
having dinner and "girl talk" with friends.
I love the way women connect. We just
seem to understand each other.
INSPIRATIONAL ROLE MODEL
My sister, Gloria, has always encouraged me to grow
both personally and professionally. I am thankful
for her strength, character, sense of humor, and unconditional
love. She is never without words of wisdom when I
need them.

FAVORITE TIME OF DAY
My favorite time of day is dusk, especially in the summertime.
It’s great to sit out on the deck with my husband and enjoy
a glass of wine while we converse about the day.
SOMETHING YOU’D NEVER GUESS ABOUT
ME
I once bought a one-way ticket to Madrid and traveled around
Europe for five weeks. I went by myself, didn’t have an
itinerary—I just winged it. I met some wonderful people
and will always treasure the experience and memories.

WHAT
MAKES DHC DIFFERENT
DHC offers a wide variety of quality skincare products
for all age groups. It’s great to try the samples
that accompany the catalog. The prices are reasonable
and prove that it doesn’t have to cost a lot to have
lovely skin. I also appreciate that DHC does not test
products on animals.
FAVORITE DHC PRODUCTS
I love Suncut Q10 30+ Light Lamé. It adds just enough
shimmer to give my skin a healthy glow and protects
my complexion with zinc oxide. I have combination
skin, and I’m still dealing with occasional acne.
My routine is simple and includes Deep Cleansing Oil
followed with Pure Soap. It doesn’t dry my face, yet
cleanses well. For traveling, I like the convenience
of Make Off Sheet. I also enjoy the food items. Multi
Grain Rice and Japanese 10 Grain Porridge are delicious.
