Bring your arms in front of you, wrapping your right upper arm underneath your left one. Bring your palms to touch and raise the upper arms while lowering your shoulders. Take five breaths, then release and switch arms. |

Move your bottom to the edge of your seat. On an inhale, arch your back and look up toward the ceiling. On the exhale of Cow Pose, round the spine and drop your head forward into Cat Pose. Repeat the cow-cat movements on each inhalation and exhalation for five breaths. |
