INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
I'm a sports enthusiast. All year long I look forward to football
season, especially to the Bengals playing the Steelers in Cincinnati.
I FEEL PASSIONATE ABOUT
Issues of children's mental and physical health. I am a proponent of
community psychology, which recognizes the importance
and value of individuals, social groups, clubs, churches, schools,
families, neighborhoods, and the larger culture and environment
in producing positive outcomes
for individuals.
FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD
A summer I spent in New Zealand was both grounding and inspiring. It
included watching rugby, experiencing a traditional dinner with
the Maori, backpacking, white-water rafting,
ice climbing, kayaking, rock climbing, and skydiving. The people I met
in New Zealand were generous and loving. To me, the country represented
diversity and inclusiveness, solitude and service, reflection and
compassion.
WHAT MAKES DHC DIFFERENT
