How To Use

Cooking instructions: To prepare, you’ll need: 1 pound chicken (or variations) cut into ½-inch cubes, ¼ cup red wine or water, medium pot. 1. Add 2 ½ cups water, ¼ cup red wine or water, chicken (or variations) and rice pack to medium pot. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stir, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add cranberries and continue to simmer 12–14 minutes or until rice is tender (adding water if dry). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Variations: Instead of chicken, try 1 pound canned chicken (add in step 3), turkey or firm tofu,cut into ½-inch cubes.
