  1. Where can I see my Rewards Points balance and how do I use them?
    Log in to your account, then click on your name at the top of the page to take you to My Account. Then click the Rewards Points Balance link from the left navigation menu under My Discounts. Rewards Points values also appear during checkout, where you can enter the number you want to redeem and apply towards products, tax or shipping.
  2. How do I redeem promotion codes and gift certificates?
    During checkout, you'll see a box labelled Discount Codes to the left of the area where you enter your credit card information. Simply enter your valid promotion code or gift certificate number and click Apply Code.
  3. How do I remove unwanted items from my shopping bag?
    Go to your Shopping Bag at any time to change quantities or remove an item completely. Just check the Remove box under the product image and then the Update Shopping Bag button to delete it from your order. If you're on the Select Free Samples or Review & Place Order page, click the Edit button at the top right of your Shopping Bag.
  4. How do I know I received my Loyalty Discount?
    Your Loyalty Discount is calculated during the checkout process and will appear on the order confirmation, reflecting your discount. Remember that you must be logged in to your account for your Loyalty Discount to be applied.
  5. How do I change my password?
    Log in to your account, then click on your name at the top of the page to take you to My Account. Then click the Change Password link from the left navigation menu.
  6. How do I request a catalog for myself or a friend?
    To receive an introductory catalog with samples of our bestselling products, contact Customer Care at 800.DHC.CARE (342.2273). Once you've made your first purchase, you'll begin receiving our monthly catalog, featuring informative skincare articles, a healthy recipe and more free samples.
  7. How do I get my free samples?
    With every purchase, you can select four free DHC product samples. If placing an order via phone, just let your Customer Care Advisor know which samples you'd like to try. For online orders, you will be prompted to select your samples during checkout. Click the Add to Bag button for each sample.
  8. Why did the Rewards Points value change?
    We updated our program to make it easier than ever to participate and give you more freedom to redeem your points. Now you can use your points to pay for any or all of your order made online or by phone. No more Rewards Store and separate transactions when redeeming your points. You can apply as many or as few of your Rewards Points as you wish and even use them to pay for products, tax and shipping. Simply enter the number you want to redeem on the Review & Place Order page on our website during checkout. Your point balance will be displayed on this page, so you know how much you can spend. You can also view your balance any time by simply logging in to your DHC web account or calling us at 800.DHC.CARE (342.2273). If you're placing an order over the phone, simply ask your Customer Care Advisor for assistance. The change in point value was made to accommodate these program updates.
  9. Where can I find sale items?
    DHC adds new sale items every month. Click the On Sale tab from the main menu, where you can choose from the Sales, Clearance and Discontinued categories to view which products are on sale during your visit.
  10. How do I change my shipping address?
    Log in to your account, then click on your name at the top of the page to take you to My Account. Then click the Address Book link from the left navigation menu to view your default billing and shipping addresses. Select the Edit button to make changes, then click Update. To provide alternate or additional shipping addresses, click the Add New button.
