To order online, add at least one product to your shopping bag and then complete your order by clicking CHECKOUT.

Orders to the Federated States of Micronesia or Marshall Islands use international shipping rates. To place orders to these US territories, please call 1.800.DHC.CARE (342.2273).

Orders and requests are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Order History

You can view your order history on our website by creating and logging into your online account. For instructions on creating an online account, click here.

Once you are logged in, select Order History from the menu on the left.

Cancel or Change Order

If you'd like to change or cancel your order after it's been placed we'll do our best to help you. Please call us for assistance (our business hours are listed below). Please note that we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Some even ship in as little as four hours. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it for you. In some cases, this may require issuing a refund and/or placing a new order if it is already in our warehouse for fulfillment.
