The DHC Rewards Points program awards points to customers for purchases and customer referrals. Points may be used as a method of payment for your order. Click here to see complete Terms & Conditions. Please check back for updates as this program may change from time to time without notice.
Note: You do not earn points on the portion of your order paid for with points.
Bonus points can also be earned by participating in special promotions. The number of bonus points offered will be specified in each promotion. For example:
Visit our website and subscribe to our email list to find out about bonus point days and bonus points on featured products.
You can view your point balance by logging into your DHC online account. Simply click on Rewards Points Balance from the menu on the left.
You may also call us at 800.DHC.CARE (342.2273) and one of our Customer Care Advisors can let you know your point balance. Point balances are also printed on the invoices that arrive with your merchandise. Please allow up to 24 hours for new transactions to be posted to your account.
Use your Rewards Points to pay for all or part of your order when you shop with DHC. You can apply as many points as you have available in your balance (but not more than the total value of your order).
Rewards Points are valued at 2 point = 1¢ (200 points = $1.00). Note: Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value. DHC reserves the right to change the assigned value from time to time without notice.
Register at DHCcare.com to view your Rewards Points balance. When you are ready to complete your purchase, you will be given the option on the Review & Place Order page during checkout to redeem your points. Points will be applied to your order total, after tax (if any) and shipping (if any).
When you place an order through our Call Center, your Customer Care Advisor will notify you if you have available Rewards Points and ask you if you want to apply your points toward your purchase.
Qualifying transactions other than a purchase that re-date points:
Share & Save: When you receive points from our Share & Save program for referring a new customer to DHC, your point balance expiration date is extended for 6 months from the date your friend makes their first purchase.

If you exchange or return a product for which you have earned points, points will be awarded or subtracted from your account based on the adjusted subtotal.

Every time you shop with DHC you can earn Rewards Points to help you save on the products you love. It's easy! Here's how it works:
Create an account at www.DHCcare.com or call 800.DHC.CARE, then make a purchase. You'll earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on DHC products. We'll even round up to the nearest whole dollar, so that if you spend $10.50, we'll round up to $11.00 and give you 55 points for your order! Keep your eyes open for special promotions, including bonus point days and bonus points for buying specially featured products. Your points are valid for 6 months, so don't forget to use them! We'll keep track of your point earnings in your online account and send you reminders before they expire. If you currently have Rewards Points that have not expired, we'll renew their expiration date whenever you make a purchase directly from DHC.
Remember, any qualifying purchase you make directly from DHC earns Rewards Points, even if you prefer to place your order over the phone.
When you're ready to use your points, simply call us at 800.DHC.CARE and your DHC Advisor can assist you. Or login to your DHC online account and shop. At the bottom of the Review & Place Order page during Checkout, you'll see the Rewards Points area showing you your current point balance as well as a box to enter how many points you'd like to redeem. Simply enter the number of points in the box and click Apply Points.
Don't wait. The sooner you start participating in the DHC Rewards Points Program, the sooner you can start saving on your favorite products. You can even use your points to pay for shipping!

How is your current Rewards Points program different from before?
We've listened to customer feedback and made it much easier to redeem your points. We've done away with the DHC Rewards Store and Reward Points are now like cash to be used on your next order. Simply apply as many or few points as you like to pay for part or all of your order, including shipping charges, for orders placed by phone or online. Simply tell your Customer Care Advisor that you'd like to redeem your points. Or on our website, enter the number of points you wish to redeem on the Review & Place Order page. On this page, you'll even see how many points you have available to use and what they are worth. You no longer have to search for your point balance or save up your points to cover the full price of a product you really want. Just use your points to reduce the amount you have to pay.
Generally, you earn points at a rate of 5 for every $1.00 spent. Points can be redeemed in any quantity and 200 points = $1.00 in savings. That's like 2.5% cash back to use on your very next order. Apply those points to your next order or save them for something special. The choice is yours.
How do I earn DHC Rewards Points?
Earning points is easy! You can do it in one of two ways:
Buy products directly from DHC by shopping our website at DHCcare.com or calling 800.DHC.CARE. Points are also awarded on orders placed by via mail or fax. We'll award you 5 points for every dollar you spend on products before tax and shipping, and after promotions (unless otherwise stated). Earn even more points when you buy featured products or order on bonus points days.
Share & Save: Refer people you know to DHC. Tell your friends and family members about how well DHC products work for you. When they're ready to order, have them give us your name and customer (located on the back of your catalog) or your address. We'll give them 10% off their first order, plus they'll earn Rewards Points on their purchase (5 points for every dollar spent on products). How many points do I earn for my purchases?
In general, you'll earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on products online. We'll even round up to the nearest whole dollar. So, for example, if you spend $10.00 on your order, you'll receive 50 points. If you spend $10.50, we'll round up to $11.00 and give you 55 points for your order.

Do I get Rewards Points for every dollar I spend, including shipping and tax?
No, DHC Rewards Points are awarded based on the product total, meaning the dollar value of your products after discounts and before shipping fees and tax (if any) are applied. Points are not earned for dollars spent on shipping and tax.
I am currently at a level 4 Loyalty Discount and earn 8% off my purchases. Can I participate in the Rewards Points program, too?
Absolutely. In fact, when you purchase your products online, we'll give you Rewards Points based on your product subtotal before your Loyalty Discount is applied so that you get more points. For example, if you are at a level 4 Loyalty Discount and place a web order for $50.00 worth of products, we'll award you 250 points, then apply your 8% discount so that your new subtotal is $46.00.
Can I earn Rewards Points when I purchase gift certificates?
No, the purchase of gift certificates does not qualify for earning Rewards Points.
Will I earn points on purchases I paid for with gift certificates?
Yes, you will earn points on the portion of your purchase that is paid with your credit card or gift certificates.
I never purchase online. Can I also enjoy the points program? Will I earn Rewards Points if I place my order over the phone?
Yes! All purchases made directly from DHC whether via phone, fax, mail or online are all eligible for Rewards Points.
Points can be redeemed on orders placed online or by phone.
Do I earn points on orders that I paid for with points?
No, Rewards Points are earned on the dollar amount spent on products before tax (if any) and shipping (if any). The portion of your order that is paid with points, promotional coupons or promotional gift certificates does not earn additional points.
I recently referred my sister to DHC, but she wants to make her first purchase by phone. Will I receive points for the referral?
Definitely. New referrals are extremely valuable to us and we always appreciate when our customers spread the word about DHC to others. You will receive the point value of your friend or family's first purchase as long as they purchase directly from DHC, you are an existing customer, you don't share the same address and they reference you as the referring customer when they place their order. Purchases from retail locations or other third party entities are not considered qualifying purchases.
How do I redeem my points? Can I use points to pay for part of my order?
You can redeem your points on any order placed online or by phone and use them to pay for part or all of your order. On our website, enter the number of points you want to redeem on the Review & Place Order page (your balance will be shown here):
Or call us at 800.DHC.CARE to place your order. Your Customer Care Advisor will inform of you of your point balance and you can decide whether to apply them to your current order.
Can I use Rewards Points to pay my shipping fees?
Yes! Rewards Points can be used to pay your shipping fees.
Do I need a minimum amount of points to use them on an order?
You need a minimum of 2 points to apply points to your order.
Is there a maximum number of points I can accrue or redeem at one time?
No, you can accrue as many points as you want and redeem as many as you want at one time as long as your points have not expired and the amount you redeem doesn't exceed the value of your order.
Can I use points on my order if I'm redeeming a gift certificate?
Yes, though please note that if you apply Rewards Points to your order in addition to using paid gift certificates, the full value of the gift certificates will be applied first and your Rewards Points will be applied last to the remaining balance.
Do my points expire?
Yes, DHC Rewards Points last 6 months from the date that you earn them. So don't forget to use them! As a courtesy to you, we'll refresh your unexpired points every time you make a new purchase, exchange products you've purchased for new ones or receive points for referring a new customer to DHC through our Share & Save program, so that all of your existing points will have the same expiration date.
How can I keep track of my points?
You can view your Rewards Points balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by logging on to your DHC online account. You can also speak with a Customer Care Advisor at 800.DHC.CARE. You'll also find your points balance on each invoice included with your products. As a courtesy, we'll send you a reminder before your points expire.
Please note that following any online transaction, it may take up to 24 hours to see your updated points balance on your account.
Can I give points to my friend so that she can try your products?
We appreciate that you want to spread the word about DHC. Unfortunately, points are not transferable. We recommend using your points to purchase a product for your friend to try. Or call us at 800.DHC.CARE and we can also send your friend a catalog with free samples.
If I return products on which I earned Rewards Points, what happens to my point balance?
Under The DHC Guarantee, if for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return merchandise within 60 days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
If you return products for a refund, any points you earned on purchasing those products will be deducted from your points balance. The expiration date of your points returns to the date of your last qualifying transaction.
If you exchange products, we will adjust your points earnings based on the adjusted product total of your order. For example, if you originally purchased one Olive Virgin Oil for $42.00 and earned 210 points, then exchanged it for one Q10 Cream at $49.00, which earns 245 points, we would give you the difference of 35 points on the exchange. Similarly, if you exchanged your Olive Virgin Oil for a lesser priced product, such as Tocophero E Cream, which is regularly priced at $35.00 and earns 175 points, we would subtract the difference from your points balance; in this case, 35 points. With any exchange, your points are given a new expiration date: 6 months from the date your exchange is processed.
