I feel passionate
about
Working with adolescent girls and helping them develop
positive coping skills to become more independent
and assertive in society. It is truly a rewarding
feeling when I hear about some of my former patients
moving on to pursue their education and career goals.
Important cause
I have provided counseling to victims of domestic
violence and sexual assault for nearly four years.
I educate women and men about the effects domestic
violence has on them and their children. I help them
create and apply safety plans, and I help them to
realize that they can make better choices for themselves.
