Why is using a mask beneficial to your skin?
Some people believe that a mask has no benefit other than making you feel pampered. But some experts, including me, believe that masks can cleanse, improve tone, plump, and hydrate, leaving your skin positively glowing. When a mask is applied to the skin, a seal is formed that allows the performance ingredients to work their wonders. Masks come in many different forms. If you¹re looking for something gentle enough to use every day, try one of our sheet masks, such as DHC Alpha-Arbutin White Mask. The cloth sheet is saturated with alpha-arbutin and other skin brighteners (beneficial for this time of year), including mulberry. There is no messy application or rinsing off to deal with. Simply discard the mask and massage the remaining solution into your skin.
When I use Peel-Off Pack, I have a hard
time removing it. What am I doing wrong?
I have memories of when I was in kindergarten—getting glue
stuck in the palm of my hand and the satisfaction I would
get from peeling it off in one piece. DHC Peel-Off Pack
works in a similar manner. This amazing gel mask, terrific
for those with normal and oily (not dry or mature) skin,
is loaded with water-binding ingredients, including sodium
PCA and sodium hyaluronate. It lifts away excess oil without
depleting your skin's moisture and uncovers a softer, smoother,
suppler complexion. If you are having a problem removing
it, you might be using too much product. If you apply the
mask in a thick layer (as you would with DHC Mineral Mask),
it can't dry evenly.
Peel-Off Pack should be applied in a very thin layer. Then,
to peel off the mask, start at your jawline, gently lifting
the edges up and away. The goal is to remove it in one large
piece, but several medium-sized pieces will suffice. Once
you get the hang of it, you'll see that the great results
are worth it!
