Ingredients

premium cassava flour, brown rice flour, unrefined organic cane sugar, aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), rice starch, sea salt, xanthan gum

How To Use

Pre-heat griddle. Place 1 cup milk, 1 large egg and 2 tablespoons of oil (3 tablespoons for waffles) into a bowl, add 1 ¼ cup of the dry mix and whisk together. For best results, let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Ladle pancakes onto the griddle. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip pancake and cook until golden.
