In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a low simmer and whisk in the More Than Gourmet Jus de Poulet until it dissolves. Whisk in the sour cream, lemon juice and dill, and cook, whisking constantly, just until the sauce is simmering. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve over grilled chicken and vegetables.
