Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook approximately 2 minutes on each side. Add water and butter. Stir in White Wine Garlic Sauce mix and simmer for 3–5 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with spinach and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve shrimp scampi over pasta.
