Although Concentrated Eye Cream is beloved for it's soothing, intensely moisturizing benefits, it does not provide "lifting."
Alternately, you may like Eye Bright; our silky, gel eye serum that uses caffeine to instantly reduce puffiness and impart a "tightening" benefit.
