DHC®, dhccare.com®, Deep Cleansing Oil®, all logos, all product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of DHC and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by DHC in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits DHC. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site.

We welcome user reviews, images, videos, comments, information and submissions. You and other users of this Site may have an opportunity to post on this Site certain ideas, concepts, reviews, information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and/or comments on our products, advertising and other promotional materials or events facts, advice, “tips”, opinions and other material (collectively, “User Content”). All User Content that you post to this Site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary to you and may be viewed by you and/or others users of this Site. Your first name, first initial of your last name and/or screen name or username, age, and town and state may be used with any User Content you submit.

We cannot guarantee that other users will not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the User Content that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or do not want others to use, do not post it to this Site. We are not responsible for any user’s misuse or misappropriation of any User Content you post or allow to be posted on this Site.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these Terms of Use in no way limit your rights under the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. DHC does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and DHC disclaims all liability with respect to the User Content. DHC reserves the right, at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site and to block or prevent your future access to and use of this Site. When submitting images, please follow the following guidelines:

• Images must be related to the product.
• Images must be BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG format.
• File size must be 5 MB or less.
• Images must be at least 100 pixels tall and 100 pixels wide.

When submitting videos, please follow these guidelines:

• Make sure your video is related to the product.
• Try to submit videos of you using the product.

DHC protects customer information according to our Privacy Policy posted on the Site, which, as amended from time to time, is incorporated by reference to be a part of these Terms of Use.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DHC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to: (1) your use of the Site; (2) your User Content and/or any breach of any of the representations or warranties with respect to your User Content; or (3) any breach by you of these Terms of Use. Please note, some states, such as New Jersey, may limit or prohibit indemnification obligations and therefore, this provision does not apply if you are a resident of New Jersey or another state with such limitations.

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Care Center may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized illegal activity. These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or DHC. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Site. DHC does not collect sales or use tax in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. DHC does collect and remit sales tax in some states, for example California and Pennsylvania. For purchases being shipped to those states, you will see the tax calculated on the checkout page before you are asked to confirm the purchase.
