Reduces undereye puffinessI have tried lots of eye care products say they decrease undereye puffiness, but this is the only one I have found that actually does it!

Wasteful container is poorly designed.Too much fluid is left in the rigid container when the applicator no longer can reach it. A soft tube such as the one Eye Bright comes in would not waste as much product.
Should I apply eye off-shade before or after I moisturize with under-eye cream?

Although it's not necessary to apply an eye cream over Eye-Off Shade, you certainly can and yes; for best results, we recommend applying Eye-Off Shade before your preferred eye cream.

Do you use Eye Off-Shade instead of concealer? If not, is it applied before or after concealer?

Hello!
When applying the product as an eye treatment, we suggest applying it before concealer; however, Eye Off Shade can also be used to refresh tired eyes throughout the day, even over makeup. The creamy serum dries clear and can be applied over concealer. Simply remove the wand from the tube and lightly tap a few dots of product under the eye. Use your ring finger to gently pat serum and allow it to dry naturally. Voila! Eyes are awake and refreshed.

What's the difference between eye off shade and eye bright ?
