How To Use

Wet face with lukewarm water. Create lather in palms, then massage face with foam to cleanse. Rinse thoroughly.

Is there any chance of ever getting Face Wash back?  I’ve tried 4 other cleansers already & can’t find anything near as good as that!  It not only worked but it wasn’t full of chemicals.  It smelled so clean, fresh & natural.

We understand it's disappointing to lose a product you came to depend on and suggest our Mild Foaming Face Wash as an alternative. If it's one of the four you've tried and not liked as much, we recommend trying our Hatomugi Face Wash. Hatomugi (also referred to as Job's tears or coixseed) boasts calming and is quite gentle. The product has a silky, milky texture and rinses off easily, without leaving a "film" behind; and yet, skin is left feeling soft and comfortable. Why are you discontinuing Face Wash? It is an essential product in my skincare routine. From the other reviews I am not the only one. Please do not discontinue. I don't really want to find another skin care company.

Is this travel sized face wash refillable?

Hello! Travel size products packaged in bottles can be refilled. To do so, please unthread the cap and remove. In the neck of the bottle, you'll see a plastic insert with a small hole used for dispensing product. Carefully remove the insert, which will create a larger opening at the neck of the bottle. After refilling the bottle, simply place the insert back into the neck of the bottle and you're all set!
