Works with your favorite cleanser to slough away lifeless skin cells for a healthy-looking glow. Made with naturally mold-resistant Japanese hinoki wood and gentle exfoliating bristles.

Wet the brush with water. Apply cleanser directly to the bristles. Massage skin in small circular motions from the center to outside of your face. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use. Replace when bristles become worn.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good!!! This is the only facial brush I can use. Made the mistake of buying a rather expensive small loofa like pad that a friend loved. Had a beet red face for 3 days. This little brush may not last too long, but it does not matter to me. I use it with the virgin olive oil cleanser and it works. No more redness, peeling, flushing and irritation. My skin gets red from a little wind, so its not easy to work with. For the person with highly sensitive, dry skin. Now, my skin does sometimes feel a bit tight after using but applying 2 drops of the virgin olive oil works most of the time. Sometimes only vasaline protects when nothing else works.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful Tool, but a little pricey I absolutely love this brush. The bristles are surprisingly soft and I noticed how radiant my skin looked after use. I use it at night instead of my Clarisonic, it's actually gentler! Unfortunately, I've used it for maybe 3 weeks now and the bristles are showing a LOT of wear. I feel they are cut just a little too long (they are longer than the picture suggests). If the brush were only $10 or under, it wouldn't be a problem. I will order a new one in a few weeks, but if it wears as quickly as this one, I probably won't replace it--which is too bad, because I really love this tool!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only so-so I have been wanting this brush for a while but was disappointed with the actual product. The brush is large which is nice for the cheeks and forehead but is too large to easily maneuver around the nose and mouth. It also kills any lather from my cleanser, making it feel like I'm simply using water with the brush. It's OK but I think it is expensive for what it is and would prefer to use a washcloth for gentle exfoliation. One benefit is that it does look beautiful and has a wonderfully smooth wooden handle. I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Going to scrub that city right out of my face I use this brush every three days as directed, if used more often it would cause problems, for me. It is a soft bristle brush and other have said it is too soft and non effective. Maybe they don't understand the use of a facial brush, it is to gently cleanse the skin not scrub it like it has baked mac and cheese on it. This is a really nice facial brush and I use it with the pure bar soap from DHC. My pores are clearer and cleaner, the dry patches are gone and it helps with moisturizer and make up application.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New to me It doesn’t look like much but this little brush is a powerful skin refresher that cleans off build up especially if you don’t have regular facials. Left my skin glowing and smooth after applying toner and a light moisturizer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft & sleek What impresses me most about this brush is that it's so soft! It exfoliates nicely without irritating the skin. I use it with a facial scrub. My skin feels smooth but not sore afterward. The only thing I can find wrong with it is that it needs to be replaced periodically, according to package directions. But that's probably just as well so that it doesn't get bacteria built up in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Owned this for almost 20 years! If you are worried about whether this purchase is worth it, don't be. I have owned this same brush for 18 years. It is still in great condition; the wood, being hinoki, is as fresh and clean as the day I bought it. I have sensitive skin, so I have used it once a week (keep it in the shower stall) for exfoliation. My skin is happy. Thank you DHC for carrying this great product.
