How To Use

It goes on smoothly, easy to handle and the line is precise. I'm so pleased with it that I bought the mascara as well.

Hello. Liquid Eyeliner EX is a liquid formula, delivered by a super fine brush tip that can be applied to the base of the upper and lower lash line.
