does this eyeliner clog pores? noncomogenic? i get clogged pores at edge of eyelid even from hyperallergenic makeup and would like to be able to wear something occasionally, wish you had a brown for a softer look if so..

While the terms "hypoallergenic" and "non-comedogenic" are buzzwords commonly used in the cosmetic industry and are not regulated claims, we do not use them to describe our products. Keeping in mind that individual tolerance to ingredients varies greatly, we avoid making absolute statements about how a product will affect everyone who uses it. All of our products are tested for irritancy on human volunteers at our labs in Japan and we are confident of their safety and gentleness.

I love and have been using this eyeliner for years. I have only 1 problem with it, it gets smudged when I workout and sweat a lot. Can DHC also develops a line of eye make-up products (Eye liner, Mascara, Eyebrow pencil) that are sweat proof? Thanks.

We love the Liquid Eyeliner EX, but do agree that although it wears quite wonderfully, it's not 100% waterproof.
DHC USA is a subsidiary to parent company DHC Japan. The products offered here in the US are just a sampling of what's available in Japan, who decides what products are sold in the US. Over the years, we've discontinued a wide variety of makeup items including eyeliners, brow products, eyeshadow, foundation, etc. to focus more on our core products; facial skincare, greatly limiting our makeup offerings.
We thank you for your useful suggestions. You never know what the future holds, and should we start offering makeup items again, we can suggest to our parent company that we offer waterproof options for eyeliners, mascaras and brow items.

Hello. Liquid Eyeliner EX is a liquid formula, delivered by a super fine brush tip that can be applied to the base of the upper and lower lash line.
