Registration & Sign-in
Creating an account makes your shopping experience faster and smoother. When you make your first purchase, we automatically give you an online account. You can also set it up yourself.
To register, all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including addresses for shipping and billing, and personal options at any time. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.
By clicking on My Account at the top of every page, you can access your account history with DHC. You can change your account information at any time, as well as check the status of your latest orders.
As always, you have the option to (un)subscribe to member benefits by clicking on the appropriate subscription box within your profile.
If you haven't registered with DHC online and would like to begin receiving news and promotions, click here.
Each time you visit online, you should immediately sign in by clicking on the Sign In link in the top right corner of page or My Account. This will give you access to your account, including your wish list, while you are browsing and shopping. You can save items in your shopping bag for the next time you visit online. The same items will reappear the next time you sign in.
Tracking an Order
For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary by clicking on the My Orders link within your account. The shipment information includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.
In some cases, we may send an order in multiple packages. When we do, we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package. You are charged only once if we choose to send your order in more than one package.
Default Shipping Address
To the right of your list of saved addresses, use the Default Address checkbox to designate which address you want to serve as your default ship to address. The default ship-to address information will appear automatically in the shipping screens when you make a purchase. (You will still be able to manually choose other available addresses during the checkout process.)
Entering or Modifying Shipping Address
You can create, delete, and save multiple friends and family's shipping addresses in your personal Address Book. To create or add new addresses, just click on the Add New Address button. To delete or edit an address, just click on the Edit/Delete buttons located below each address.
You can manage your email subscriptions in your DHC online account, you can manage your subscriptions to our emails.
To see your subscriptions, log into your account and go to "Emails Subscriptions."
Online Store Credit
You can view any online store credit you have by clicking on Payment Methods within your account.
If you have online store credit with DHCcare.com, it will automatically be used towards your order as the first method of payment. There are no codes or numbers to remember when making a purchase. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card or an eGift Card.
Online store credits are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in retail stores.
