How to Use
Use day and night as the final step in your skincare routine. Massage 1-2 drops between palms to warm oil, then gently press onto face. May also be used for other dry skin areas, including neck, arms, legs, cuticles and dry hair ends, or added to your favorite moisturizer for an extra hydration boost.

Perfect Product!I've been using DHC's olive oil for years. I pat it all over my face, neck and chest before going to bed at night. It feels wonderful, and I'm told by others that I have beautiful skin. I don't know about that, but olive oil keeps my skin feeling soft and smooth - even through the wrinkles and sagging skin!!
Is the olive oil best use before or after sunscreen?

Olive Virgin Oil is a moisturizer and the last step in a basic four-step skincare routine; however, sunscreen should be applied over the moisturizer, making it the final step after Olive Virgin Oil.

I have 2 bottles of Olive Virgin Oil with the codes of LE1TS and LD8TS. Are either of these bottles expired? Is there an expiration date for Olive Virgin Oil????

Expiration dates are determined by the Lot information printed on the product package. When we receive products from Japan, they're sent in bulk, or what we call "lots." Each lot is identified by its lot number; a series of letters and/or numbers that correlate with the lot numbers printed on individual products within the lot. You provided the lot number; however, we are unable to find the expiration dates using them. Were the products purchased directly though DHC USA, or another retailer? Hello!
Olive Virgin Oil IS a moisturizer all by itself and perfect in every way while it's rich in age-defying antioxidants, contains only organic olive oil, and is non-occlusive (less likely to clog pores than other fatty acids). Depending on your personal preference, it can be used day and/or night; and if you're in need a moisturizing boost, you can add a drop of Olive Virgin Oil to your favorite moisturizer.

How long does a 1.0 oz bottle last?

We're hesitant to answer this question because there's so many variables to consider; for example: how often you use the product, how big an area you apply it to, and how generous your application is. With normal use and applied twice daily to the face only, we estimate a full 1.0 oz. bottle will last up to approximately12 weeks. Enjoy the product and thank you for choosing DHC. Unlike Deep Cleansing Oil, our beloved organic olive oil- based cleanser; our signature Olive Virgin Oil is an organic virgin olive oil that's been carefully filtered, resulting in a sensational, lightweight moisturizing oil used to soften and nourish all skin types. While Deep Cleansing Oil is a cleanser, used as the first step in our iconic double cleanse method, Olive Virgin Oil is a moisturizer, applied to and left on the skin.
