Is it best to apply this lotion before or after using a serum?

Hello!
Although we strongly recommend layering moisture by using the double moisture technique (including a toning lotion and moisturizer), remember that our lotions are essential to calming and hydrating post-cleansed skin too. While keeping this in mind, we recommend applying a toning lotion after cleansing, followed by a serum, and finishing with a moisturizer.
