Push down on cap, turn nozzle counterclockwise and press until liquid dispenses. After shampooing, gently massage conditioner into hair and leave in for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Really awful smellLike another reviewer wrote, the conditioner had a really awful smell, not at all like the lovely citrus scent of the shampoo. I wrote to customer service about it and was told I could return it for a refund but would have to pay for shipping. It wasn't worth the effort or aggravation so I just tossed the bottle and asked customer service to request a quality control check for their own sake and satisfaction of their customers. I was very disappointed because I love the scent of the shampoo and I've loved my other DHC products.

The BESTI have natural curly hair and have used this product for years. Still have curls and no weigh down. Use almost daily, don't know what I would use if product wasnt available.
