Money Well SpentThis moisturizer is money well spent. The texture is light and applies smoothly; no unpleasant feel. After several months of using it, my skin always feels moisturized and supple, ie minimal creases.
Is this good for daytime moisturizer under makeup or better for night?

Would this be a good choice to layer over a 1% retinol serum at night?

Please know that we recommend one of our products be applied in tandem with one from another brand with caution because we're not educated on or have knowledge about the other product. That being said; in theory, Super Collagen Cream should be a nice addition to a retinol serum because it has intense hydration that will combat potential dryness associated with retinol use. Additionally, it's gentle and does not contain exfoliating ingredients.

Are the Collagen products hypoallergenic? Do they contain fragrance?

Our Super Collagen Cream, nor any of our other facial skincare products, contain added fragrance.
Hypoallergenic is an industry term used by companies to describe a product they perceive as suitable for sensitive skin types though there are no FDA standards or definitions that govern the use of the term. Additionally, what may cause an allergic reaction in one individual may not for another and so it's a claim that cannot be substantiated. It's for these reasons, we do not participate in using the term "hypoallergenic" to describe our products.

Hello!
Because Astaxanthin All-in-One Collagen Gel is a moisturizer, as is Super Collagen Cream; we do not recommend using them both, rather one or the other.
Although we understand why you'd like to apply Super Collagen Cream around your eye area (hello hydration!); it's not formulated for such an application, and so we do not recommend using it in that way. Instead, we recommend our Concentrated Eye Cream. It imparts an impressive silky texture and intense hydration, perfect for day and/or night.

Can I use this moisturizer and the extra nighttime moisturizer together at night?

Hello!
Ideally, the goal is to only use one moisturizer per application (day and/or night), as the skin can only absorb so much. Keep in mind that your skin is made of water and oil and most of it is water. Rather than using two moisturizers, we suggest increasing skin's hydration (water retention). You can achieve this by applying one of our liquid toning lotions after cleansing, followed by an application of Super Collagen Supreme prior to moisturizer. Super Collagen Supreme uses our patented, micronized collagen to greatly increase hydration and impart dewiness. When coupled with the moisturizer of your choice; this "through-and-through" moisturizing benefit will not only decrease tightness due to dryness, but will create a saturated base on which moisturizers can absorb easier.
