Job Title: Web Content Manager
Summary: The Content Manager is responsible for managing the display of content on DHC’s website, including content design, development, production, and SEO. Integrate the work of content creators to create web pages that engage users and provide a positive user experience. Ensure that website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to establish standards. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring copy and content is on voice and on strategy. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in very hands on environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Build the holistic content strategy and distribute plan across all customer segments.
- Develop an editorial calendar and process to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Become main point-of-contact and authority around digital content management in Magento platform.
- Maintain and update product, SEO, and other con`tent for all web platforms.
- Monitor content for consistency, freshness, ease-of-navigation, accuracy and evolving best practices for digital communication.
- Review analytics and customer feedback, devising appropriate responses to further inform editorial content decisions, refine design and site navigation where needed and optimize all web platforms.
- Work closely with creative team to: ensure all content are mapped to specific keywords, collaborate with writer to develop keyword-targeted content.
- Provide ongoing on-page recommendations for content, meta data, linking, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw customers’ attention.
- Act as project manager for web content development and troubleshooting needs with WPM.
- Monitor SEO health via Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools.
- Manage content related vendor performance and profitability; analyze vendor reporting.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Communications or related field or equivalent work experience. Requires 3+ years experience managing content, SEO for a high traffic website, including testing and strategy.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or experience analyzing and interpreting data.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to identify and interpret graphic design needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts.
Must have knowledge of responsive web design and experience working on an eCommerce website; Expertise in HTML and CSS.
Experience working with an enterprise-level CMS (e.g. Magento)
