DHC Tokuten Rewards Program

When you register for a dhccare.com account, you’ll start earning and accruing rewards points that are redeemable towards the cost of your order. This is just one way for us to give back to our loyal customers.

You earn 5 points per $1.00 in product purchases. During checkout, you’ll have the option to redeem your rewards points once you’ve accrued 100 points. Redeemable rewards points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards and gift cards.

You can view and manage your points in your account. You’ll be able to keep track of your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost.

Rewards points expire one year from your last purchase.

Welcome to the DHC Tokuten rewards program! By purchasing products from the DHC website at www.dhccare.com (the “Site”), you agree to participate in DHC's Tokuten rewards program and to these Tokuten Terms & Conditions.

As part of the Tokuten rewards program, rewards points are earned on purchases of DHC products made directly from DHC via the Site. DHC will determine the rate at which points are earned on each purchase and the rate may change from time to time. DHC will strive to give notice prior to changing the rate and other benefits of the Tokuten rewards program, but rates and benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Rewards points will be awarded based on the product total after reduction for all sales, discounts, adjustments, credits, point redemptions and coupons, including gift certificates that were issued where cash payment for the certificate was less than face value.

DHC may from time to time award bonus rewards points based on product purchased, purchase date, first-time purchase and other programs developed or to be developed. The bonus reward point awards will be specified for each promotion. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.

Rewards points will not be earned or awarded on amounts paid towards taxes, surcharges, shipping and handling fees and other charges associated with the delivery of the merchandise or taxes and fees imposed by any government agency.

Not all merchandise may be eligible for point awards. Unless otherwise stated, purchases of DHC products from sources other than DHC are ineligible for point awards even if that source is an authorized DHC retailer. DHC employee and wholesale purchasers do not qualify.

Tokuten rewards points may be redeemed on any DHC product order placed online through the Site or through our Customer Care team.

Orders paid for in whole or in part with rewards points are not valid until reviewed and accepted by DHC. DHC reserves the right to hold, modify or cancel any order using points as a method or partial method of payment at its sole discretion. Tokuten rewards points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.

Tokuten rewards points expire one year after they are earned unless another qualifying purchase is made within that one-year period. The period duration may be changed from time to time without notice. Expired points may not be reactivated or redeemed. DHC may send email notifications as a courtesy to customers to remind them when points are expiring. Neither failure of DHC to send or customer to receive an email notification, nor delay in sending or receipt of an email notification will extend the expiration of the customer's points.

Return of products purchased with rewards points is subject to DHC's return policy which may change from time to time. DHC reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of products paid for in whole or in part with points. Tokuten rewards point adjustments in connection with the return of products purchased with points will be determined at DHC's sole discretion.

DHC reserves the right to modify or cancel its Tokuten Rewards Program and/or other loyalty programs at any time without notice or compensation. DHC reserves the right to cancel or revoke any account at any time without notice or compensation. Unused points in a customer's account at the time of cancellation, revocation, or program termination shall be forfeited without compensation. DHC reserves the right to adjust customer point balances for errors, including, without limitation, intentional and/or unintentional typographical errors and errors of omission by customers, DHC or its systems (electronic or otherwise).
