Order Status

After placing an order, you can check the status of your order anytime by creating an account and logging in. To create an account, click here. You’ll receive a second email with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Order History

With your online account, you can view your order history, enjoy faster checkout, save frequently used addresses, and more.

When you place an order through our toll-free number, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card, Paypal, and Amazon Pay.

Rewards Points

Earn rewards points simply by shopping for your favorite products. You can redeem your rewards points to pay for your purchases, including tax and shipping. To learn more about the Tokuten Rewards program, click here.

Cancel or Change Order

To change or cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has already shipped, you can process it for a return.

Sales Tax

We collect local and state sales tax on orders shipped within the U.S. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and order details online.

State Imposed Fees

Your order may be subject to state-specific regulatory or retail delivery fees based on the destination state. These fees will be automatically applied and displayed when selecting a shipping method during checkout. Please note that these fees are generally nonrefundable. For further details, we recommend checking the website of the destination state.

Stored Payment Methods

Stored Payment Methods allow a quick and easy checkout flow using card information stored securely on an off-site server. If a card shown as a payment method during checkout is expired or no longer valid, it can be removed from your account from the Stored Payment Methods page. You will need to be logged in to properly see the cards associated with your account. Note that stored credit card information cannot be updated; only removed.
