The DHC Guarantee and Color Promise

The DHC Guarantee is the result of our commitment to providing you the highest-quality products possible. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return your order at any time within 60 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Likewise, our Color Promise allows you to buy makeup with confidence. If you're not 100% satisfied with the color of a cosmetic product you buy from us, return the item within 60 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, as well as a completed Return/Exchange Form (included in your order), in a prepaid parcel using an insured carrier. DHC is not responsible for return postage or lost or misdelivered items.
  • If you are exchanging an item, your replacement product will not be assessed shipping charges.
  • Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • DHC cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or third party. Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalog or website.
  • Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Products returned for refund or exchange more than 60 days from the purchase date will not be sent back to the customer.
