Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wait a bit between the two Feels nice and I don't find it sticky unless I don't let the liquid lotion absorb before I put the cream on. So, I usually put the lotion on with a cotton ball first, then do my hair, then put the cream on, then makeup if I'm wearing it. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference yet, but for the price it was a good deal and I hope it's helping my well earned wrinkles.
