As Long as I Can RememberI’ve been using this wonderful lotion twice daily for as long as I can remember. Its moisturizing effect lasts longer than any of the array of products I had tried before discovering DHC. With Tone there’s never the sense of anything being on the skin. Overall, I think it’s the natural quality of this lotion that keeps me buying it year after year. It seems as if the truly “Soothing” moisture is my own and not something that’s been applied. The tradition of free samples and no nonsense online presence of this company also appeals to me.
Why are you discontinuing this product? It is a great lotion for my face and has not ingredients that I am allergic to. What new product will it replace this product?

I love Soothing Lotion! This is the best and I am very disappointed that you are dropping it. I can't imagine that the new lotion will be as gentle from the ingredient list.
